From KCAL: Under the new law, producers have to submit unedited copies of their adult films to the Simi Valley Police Department for review. It would seem to follow, then, that if the law works as intended, cops or other law enforcement officials will be spending part of their shift watching porn to make sure the actors are wrapping it up.
