As a teenager, I was less sure, but I still rocked my own style. In college, I gained weight and wished I could change the way my face looked. I got a nose job the summer before I moved to NYC, pretty sure it would improve my life dramatically. And in Manhattan, I learned never to order dessert, because dessert felt like failure.
